Review of single degree of freedom systems; Generalised coordinates, constraints, virtual work; Lagrange’s equation; Continuous systems; strings, beams; Raleigh Ritz and Galerkins methods; Dynamics of rigid bodies in three dimensions; Euler angles; Eulers equations of motion, Gyro dynamics.
