Robotics Club

IIT Kanpur nurtures the creative and innovative instincts of campus residents. Hobby Clubs, IIT Kanpur has a Robotics Club to motivate students dreaming of building their own robots. This club is an undergraduate organization of IIT Kanpur supporting the secret aspirations of young students in robotics. 

Science and Technology Council and Student Gymkhana, IIT Kanpur, consider Robotics Club as an indispensable discipline of the institute. The primary goal of this club is to develop advanced robots to serve humanity. The Robotics Club provides essential resources to build robots.

This Robotics Club arranges tutorials, training, and guidance to solve the challenges in making robots. Workshops, tools, equipment, components, and workspaces are provided to the members of this club to build their dream model of robots. Within this undergraduate organization, individuals have the opportunity to explore their passion for robotics under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
 
Enthusiasts are prepared for national and international competitions like 'TAKNEEK' to showcase their innovation in robotics. Some successful projects delivered by the Robotics Club in the 'Inter IIT Tech Meet” are 'PARAS (Partially Autonomous Robots for Agriculture in Step Farms)',' Brain Interfacing Robotic Arm', 'Micromouse', '3-legged Jumping Robot', and 'Fastest Line Follower'.
